Anusandhaan 2: Mind
We see our body having a form. We
can see our mind as well if we choose to see. It has three constituents or the Gunas- Sattwa, Rajas, Tamas expressing as Sattwic, Rajasic and
Tamasic qualities. They determine the nature and structure of our personality.
In fact they are considered as the fundamental factors behind the entire
material and phenomenal world. Each guna has multiple dimensions. The table
